Which internet browser should I use?

I-Score website can be best viewed with Internet Explorer Version 6.0 and higher.

How can I tell which browser version I am using?

Just open your browser, click on Help and select "About Internet Explorer".

What is the screen resolution should I use?

I-Score website can be best viewed with screen resolution 1024 X 768. It can also support resolution from 800 X 600 to 1280 X 1024.

How do I change my monitor's resolution?

If you can't see the entire page from side-to-side, then you need to adjust your monitor's resolution. The steps to change the monitor's resolution are as follows:

  • Go to the Start menu at the lower left of your screen.
  • Select Settings and then Control Panel.
  • Open the Display application.
  • Choose the Settings tab at the top of the window.
  • In the Desktop Area section, reset your monitor's display to 1024 X 768.
  • Click OK.

What additional settings do I need to enable?

For the required browser settings, refer to the Browser Settings document.

What additional software do I need to purchase or use?

No additional software is required to view the I-Score website. All you require is the recommended version of Internet Browser with proper settings and internet connection.

Why is my User ID and Password not being accepted?

Your User ID and / or your Password may not be accepted due to one or more of the following reasons:

  • Wrong User ID - If you have mistyped your User ID.
  • Wrong Password - If you have mistyped your Password correct the probable mistakes made in entering the User ID or Password and try to re-login.
  • After 5 unsuccessful login attempts, your account will be locked. Contact I-Score for further assistance.

Why is my browser not displaying the pages correctly?

The reasons for the browser to not display the pages properly are:

  • Your internet browser may be encountering problems due to version mismatch - Please refer to point 1 above.
  • our screen resolution settings may be incorrect - Please refer to point 4 above.
  • Your security settings in the browser may be incorrect - Please refer to point 6 above.
  • You may encounter issues due to the cache of your browser - Please clear your browser cache, offline content and refresh the browser again.

Is the I-Score website secured for online transactions?

Yes. I-Score website is secured for online transactions. It is enabled with the SSL Certificate for encrypted data transfer of information at pages where sensitive information is submitted.

What should I do when I get a "Request Time Out" error?

This error occurs when the Server is taking more time to process your request, this can occur either due to a poor internet connection at your end or due to a busy server with higher number of requests. In case of a poor internet connection, check up with a high speed internet connection. In case of a busy server, try your request after some time. If you are using the recommended version of internet browser along with a high internet connection and this error occurs continuously, contact I-Score.

What should I do when I get a "Page Not Found" error?

This error occurs when the webpage you are requesting is not available in the website. In this case, please check if you have entered the correct URL address of the webpage.

At times, I-Score can remove the contents from the website owing to the freshness of the content.

What should I do when I get a "Page cannot be displayed" error?

This error occurs when there is a problem with the page or link you are trying to access. At times, any issue with the internet browser or any setting in the browser can cause this problem. (Refer to point 3 above)

Try accessing the page after some time interval or contact I-Score for further assistance.

What should I do when I get a "You are not authorized to access this page" error?

Your internet browser may be encountering problems due to version issues. (Please refer to point 1 above)

This error also occurs when you are trying to access certain restricted webpage or content in the website. Since unauthorized users are expected not to access certain contents in
I-Score website, please close the browser or log out immediately if you are not authorized to view the contents of specific areas.

What should I do when I get a "Your session has expired" error?

This error occurs when the user does not send any active request for a particular time period. I-Score website keeps a session time for every user. If the user does not send any active request for a particular time period, then the server automatically ends the session of that particular user. In case of your session expired, please login again or start a fresh session with the website.
