"Self Enquiry Process", as the term suggests is the process by which the Subject can obtain a copy of his / her / its own Credit Information Report (CIR). This is a report that is issued by I-Score and contains all or part of the Subject's information and data available in the credit file or summary. It is the responsibility of every Individual and Legal Entity to periodically obtain their CIRs and inspect the information furnished in it.

A Subject can apply and obtain the CIR by approaching I-Score.
The Subject can apply and obtain the CIR from I-Score. He / she has to contact I-Score.
The Subject should go to I-Score to get the CIR. He / she should produce the National ID for ID verification and in cases of an SME; the representative needs to produce an authorization letter, also. The ID and payment details verification is the responsibility of I-Score. If the payment details are found to be incorrect, I-Score will communicate the Subject on the absence of payment. However, if the payment details are found to be complete, I-Score will take the Subject's details and Service Request ID and raise the request for the CIR. I-Score inputs the necessary details into the system as furnished by the Subject in the Application Form. If the details provided do not match, the I-Score requests the subject for additional details. On a successful match, the system generates a Service Request ID. I-Score then chooses the relevant information with respect to the Subject and continue to raise the Request for the CIR. The CIR of the Subject is then printed and sent to the Member Bank in a sealed cover with the Service Request ID, CIR Order Number and Subject Information.
